Should there be an issue with material on the day of loading, material can be substituted for
another product (by agreement only) providing the substitute material is of equal quality and
quantity.
If the load weight is less than the minimum agreed tonnage, we reserve the right to recharge for a percentage of the transport costs.
The material should be 100% as per product description on PO/Booking confirmation.
There must be no nappy, sanitary or food waste.
EF plastics reserve the right to request reimbursement for contaminated loads.
Any errors on the PO must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We will not be held liable if you
fail to notify us of any purchase order errors.
EF Plastics Uk Ltd, reserve the right to cancel the booking should there be a problem with transport,
we will aim to give as much notice as possible and where possible will offer an alternative date.

As part of our due diligence, we require a signed purchase order and waste transfer note for every load received, so that we can provide a full audit trail if requested to show that 100% of the material originates from UK sources.
By signing the purchase order, you accept and understand our terms and conditions and have fulfilled your duty to apply the waste hierarchy as required by regulation 12 of the waste regulations 2011.
